Charles Rosenbaum is a Managing Partner of Imperity and its insurance agency firm, Imperity Insurance & Benefits Consulting (IBC).

 

Charles’ passion is to build wealth by growing efficient, sustainable businesses that benefit ownership, employees, and communities.

 

With nearly 20 years of experience in financial consulting and brokerage, he has guided clients through every stage of a business lifecycle, from start-up to exit. His belief is simple: that happy, productive teams combined with smart, efficient processes are the key to sustainable growth and maximizing a company’s value.

 

Advising clients on the strategic planning, administration, and execution of their executive and employee benefits, corporate risk management, and business succession plans, he helps employers to optimize their team, streamline operations, and manage risk.

At the core of his approach is collaboration. Together with the team, he aims to simplify the complexities of insurance, benefits, and retirement plans. He helps businesses leverage these essential programs to enhance operations, attract and retain top talent, manage risks, and ultimately, protect and grow the value of the firm.

 

He is a leader and mentor to many agents and advisors. He shares responsibility for the explosive growth of our independent agency channel and smoothly pivots between recruiting and training our field force to designing and presenting solutions for our clients.

Charles has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University’s School of Business. He has earned the professional designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF) from Fiduciary360. He holds his Series 7, 65, 63 registrations in addition to Life, Health, and Property/Casualty insurance licenses in a number of states throughout the US. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
