Doug DiDominica is the Founding Partner and CEO and of Imperity and its insurance agency firm, Imperity Insurance & Benefits Consulting (IBC).
Doug’s career is defined by a passion for entrepreneurship and empowering others to succeed. As the son of parents who grew a small flower stand into a thriving retail enterprise, Doug witnessed the transformative power of hard work, discipline, and resilience. Inspired by their example, he has spent his life helping others achieve their own entrepreneurial dreams.
Starting as a financial advisor in 1996, Doug quickly rose to leadership, coaching advisors in building independent practices. Over 16 years with a Fortune 500 firm, he led a team of more than 400 advisors across 14 states, guiding them to success through mentorship and strategic insight. In 2023, Doug founded Imperity to extend this legacy, creating a firm that supports financial professionals in achieving independence while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.
Doug’s experience as a financial advisor, team leader, and entrepreneur enables him to serve the unique needs of business owners and has given him a deep understanding of the trials and tribulations his clients face. He’s energized by the opportunity to help these fellow entrepreneurs, who strive to create a better life for their families, executives, and employees.
Outside the office, Doug is a dedicated father of six and proud grandfather. He is an avid hockey player/coach, outdoorsman and community advocate. He resides in the waterfront hamlet of Massapequa, NY, with his wonderful wife, Kristin, their four youngest sons, and their beloved dog, Rudy.​​
