Michael Forson

Michael Forson is an Insurance Advisor with Imperity Insurance & Benefits Consulting, bringing more than a decade of experience to individuals, families, and businesses seeking thoughtful insurance solutions. Specializing in life, health, disability, and property and casualty insurance, Michael is driven by a deep commitment to service and a belief that true success lies in uplifting others.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked as a General Consultant at Kobbemah and Associates LLC, a Financial Planning Specialist at Allstate Financial Services, and a Producer Agent at Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company. Across all roles, he has maintained a steadfast focus on recommending products and services that genuinely meet his clients’ needs, always putting their best interests first.

An entrepreneur by nature, Michael previously owned a business in Ghana focused on research and development services. Guided by the family motto, "The Mind is ALL," he brings a mindset of innovation, adaptability, and resilience to his work in financial services. His motivation comes from the power of personal initiative and the belief that meaningful service is the foundation for lasting success.

Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science, a Bachelor’s Degree in History, and an Associate Degree in Biotechnology. He is also AHIP/Medicare certified and continually expands his knowledge through professional seminars and training. Fluent in English and Fante, with basic Spanish proficiency, Michael proudly serves a diverse clientele.

Outside of work, Michael is a passionate supporter of education, history, and community engagement. He enjoys visiting museums, volunteering as a facilitator for We Speak NYC, serving as an election poll worker, teaching Sunday School, and delivering Meals on Wheels through Mount Carmel Catholic Church. He is also an active member of the St. John’s University and Worcester State University Alumni Associations.
