Narrell J. Gardner is an Insurance Advisor with Imperity Insurance & Benefits Consulting, dedicated to helping individuals and families access the insurance protection they need to live with greater confidence and security. Licensed in accident and health insurance, Narrell is passionate about learning every facet of the industry so she can better serve her clients and support them through life’s unexpected moments.

Before entering the insurance field, Narrell served as a NYS Corrections Officer and as a Special Officer with the NYC Department of Homeless Services. These roles instilled in her a deep sense of compassion and a belief in the power of listening. She understands that what clients often need most is someone who truly hears them—and is committed to finding the best options for them, their families, and their businesses.

What motivates Narrell as a financial professional is simple: the desire to grow, learn, and make a meaningful difference. Whether it’s opening an insurance policy or offering guidance on the path to financial security, she’s driven by the opportunity to help others—especially as she builds a secure future for herself and her young son. Her personal philosophy, “Learn something new every day,” reflects her belief in staying open-minded and continuously evolving.

Narrell holds certifications in anti-money laundering, product positioning, and various insurance technology platforms. Outside of work, she’s a creative at heart—passionate about cooking, crafting, painting, and jewelry-making. She also enjoys sports, puzzles, and spending quality time watching her son grow and thrive.

Her dedication to service extends to her community. From volunteering in soup kitchens to offering support and guidance to young shelter clients during her time in public safety, Narrell has always found purpose in lifting others up.
